- 250 ml meat juices from poultry
- 225 g medium size shrimps without skin
- 100 g spring onion, hacked
- 575 g natured rice to serve

preparation:
Mix salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper and thyme and coat the chicken with the seasoning. Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the chicken for 6-8 min. Add celery, onions, green pepper and garlic, and cook for 5 min. Add bacon, spicy sausage, tomatoes, tomato sauce and stock, and cook until the tomatoes are done.
